Refund policy
Defective Products:
If there's a printing or fulfillment error from our POD partner (Gelato), we'll coordinate with them for either a replacement or refund if replacement isn't feasible.
Change of Mind / Other Non-Defective Returns:
Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Lost or Undelivered Orders:
If an order is lost or returned to sender, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery. We'll arrange with Gelato for product refunds — you’ll need to place a new order (you bear the shipping cost).
