Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All products are made to order using our print-on-demand partner Gelato.
- Production time: 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your customer’s location and the nearest Gelato production partner.
Typical delivery estimates after production:

Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and quantity.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on our store and at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery (at no extra cost).
International Shipping & Customs
- We ship worldwide to most countries.
- Some international orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- Shipping Issues
- Wrong Address: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your expense.
- Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will work with Gelato to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Returned-to-Sender Orders: If your package is returned due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, we can resend it, but you will need to cover the new shipping cost.
